When you communicate with someone on FOOTPASS®, the label 'Authorized by [Name]' is always visible to the recipient. This is the platform's trust foundation and it cannot be hidden. However, details such as scope, validity dates and revocation mode can be shown or hidden, depending on what both parties agreed when the authorization was created. For documents, only users who have been explicitly granted access can view them, and any sharing requires an additional authorization.

How can I revoke an authorization or liaison?

From your FOOTPASS® dashboard, you can request the revocation of an authorization at any time. If the revocation mode chosen at creation was unilateral, the effect is immediate: the authorization moves to an 'unauthorized' status and linked access is cut. If a bilateral mode was chosen, the other party must confirm. If they decline, the authorization remains active until the agreed end date.

Conversations and documents remain under control, with limited and revocable access.

Where is my data hosted?

The footpass.com website is hosted by Supabase, Inc., with servers located in Zurich, Switzerland. The application and user data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), region eu-central-2, Zurich, Switzerland. All your data is hosted in Switzerland. Documents stored in the Dynamic Vault are encrypted with AES-256 and remain under your exclusive control.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

FOOTPASS® has a secure account recovery process. You will need to prove your identity through the same KYC verification used when you created your PassID. No third party can access or recover your account on your behalf.

An independent agent, a sports lawyer, a free agent or anyone else in football can create their PassID and subscribe to an individual plan (PassPRO or PassSTART) without being part of an organization. You get full access to authenticated messaging, the liaison system and the Dynamic Vault with your own account.

Can I use FOOTPASS® if I am a parent of a young player?

FOOTPASS® lets parents or legal guardians manage and secure a young player's environment, even when the player is a minor. A minor can't create an account without parental consent, and any contact with the minor requires an authorization set by the guardian. The guardian decides whether all communication goes through them, or if the minor can be contacted directly. A parent can also use FOOTPASS® independently, then create and manage the young player's profile from their own account.

A club joins FOOTPASS® by subscribing to an Organization Pass. Once the organization is validated, members can join the club only via invitation or an approved request from an administrator.
